STEPHANIE
D. KINDER
Attorney
Stephanie Kinder focuses her practice on business
and commercial litigation matters including
employment, insurance and real estate. She provides
legal representation to businesses and individuals
in state and federal court as well as administrative
agencies including the Office of Administrative
Hearings, Board of Appeals for the Department
of Labor Licensing and Review of the State of
Maryland, the EEOC and the Maryland Commission
on Human Relations.
A former Deputy Attorney General for the State
of Delaware, Stephanie has extensive trial experience.
She has handled a wide variety of trial matters
including contractual disputes, business torts
such as fraud and misrepresentation, employment
claims, and negligence. She has also represented
government agencies in civil rights claims including
Section 1983.
Stephanie is a member of the state bars of
Delaware, Maryland and the District of Columbia.
She has also been admitted to practice before
the United States District Courts of Delaware,
Maryland and the District of Columbia and the
Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
Stephanie is the co-author of Harassment
and Discrimination: A Manager’s Guide
to Avoiding Employment Practices Liability.
She is a frequent speaker at human resource
organizational meetings as well as continuing
legal education seminars.

LYNN
S. LEARY
Attorney
Lynn S. Leary represents management in labor
and employment matters in state and federal court,
arbitrations, and before government agencies,
including the EEOC, the U.S. Department of Labor,
the South Carolina Department of Labor, the South
Carolina Human Affairs Commission, and other agencies
at the federal, state and local level. She counsels
businesses on the entire range of workplace issues
and frequently conducts management training and
continuing legal education on employment law,
and other issues of concern to employers and the
bar.
Lynn is a member of the Delaware and the South
Carolina Bar. She has also been admitted to practice
before the United States District Courts of Delaware
and South Carolina. Lynn also sits on the boards
of several local non-profit organizations.
Lynn is the co-author of Harassment and Discrimination:

KATHLEEN
JOHNSON
Law Clerk
Kathleen (“Katie”) Johnson is currently
pursuing a law degree and Masters of Business
Administration. As a law clerk, she has received
a wide variety of legal experience. She has participated
in training managers and employees in harassment
and discrimination training. She has conducted
legal research, drafted pleadings, and correspondence.
In addition to having significant client contact,
Katie has assisted in the trial preparation of
various matters.
Prior to attending law school, Katie worked for
a telecommunications company in Chicago, Illinois.
There, she worked in a supervisory capacity where
some of her duties included designing training
and orientation programs.
