Employment Law

We have experience representing a vast array of clients in state and federal court in matters involving race discrimination, the Fair Labor Standards Act, state wage and hour matters, sexual harassment (including same sex), age discrimination and housing. We regularly counsel clients on such issues as privacy, document retention, fair employment practices, unemployment, and Sarbanes-Oxley.

We provide advice and counsel to our clients regarding the problems our clients face with respect to their ever-changing workforce.
